• Right of cancellation and refunds: A paid gift card is non-refundable; if desired, the gift card may be transferred to another person. Käärmekallio Animal Farm reserves the right to make changes and cancellations. If Käärmekallio Animal Yard cancels the agreed time for using the gift card, the payment will be fully refunded.
• Delivery terms: The gift card is delivered electronically by email. 
• Payment methods: Cash, Klarna and bank transfer by email. Käärmekallio Animal Yard has a card payment terminal that can be used to pay on site.
• Visits: Visits take place at the visitor’s own risk; Käärmekallio Animal Yard does not insure visitors. Weather-appropriate footwear and clothing are recommended.
